Magnet to be used in injection molding machine hoppers is designed for a separation of ferromagnetic impurities from dry mixtures characterized by good loose parameters. It includes 6 pipes, and neodymium magnets also belong to the scope of supply.
Magnet to be used in injection molding machine hoppers is made of DIN 1.4301 stainless steel.
Coat magnetic induction is 4 600 G, coat tear-off force is 60 N. Core magnetic induction is 7 300 G, core tear-off force is 100 N.
Magnetic separator body is surface-treated by sanding.
Maximum working temperature of this magnet to be used in injection molding machine hoppers is 80°C.

Magnetic core weight is 12.5 kg, total weight is 15 kg.
